🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (skin on, about 6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: lemon slices & chopped parsley for garnish
