🐟 Garlic Butter Salmon with Asparagus

There are days when all I want is something simple, buttery, and delicious — without spending hours in the kitchen. That’s exactly how this Garlic Butter Salmon with Asparagus was born. It’s one of those meals that checks all the boxes: quick, full of flavor, and keto-approved.


The buttery garlic sauce coats the flaky salmon perfectly, while the asparagus gets roasted to tender-crisp perfection on the same pan. Best of all? It’s ready in under 25 minutes — ideal for busy weeknights or a satisfying weekend dinner for one.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on, about 6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon slices & chopped parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
