Keto Chocolate Lava Mug Cake (1-Minute Dessert)

Summary: Sometimes you just need a warm, chocolaty treat — fast. This keto chocolate lava mug cake has become one of my go-to desserts when cravings hit. It’s soft, rich, and ready in just about a minute! No oven needed — just a mug, a microwave, and a few simple keto ingredients!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 square (about 10g) 85% dark chocolate (optional lava center)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix all dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  2. Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. Push the chocolate square into the center for a molten lava effect (optional but delicious!).
  4. Microwave on high for 60–70 seconds. Let cool slightly before enjoying.

  • Adjust sweetness with extra erythritol or a drop of liquid stevia.
