📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add mushrooms. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy garlic mushroom sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
