Keto Strawberry Lemonade Sparkler

👨‍🍳 Nisar’s Note: When I make this on a hot day, I sometimes freeze the strawberries first for an extra chill and a slushy vibe — it hits different!


Summery: This drink was inspired by a scorching afternoon when all I craved was something light, fizzy, and fruity — but without the sugar. I tossed together fresh strawberries and lemon, added a splash of sparkling water, and boom — my new go-to summer refresher was born!


🍓 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sparkling water (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

🧋 Instructions:

  1. Muddle strawberries in a small bowl or shaker until juicy.
  2. Add lemon juice and sweetener. Stir well.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry-lemon mix over it.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and a strawberry slice. Serve chilled!
