🥤 My Morning Boost: This smoothie came to life on one of those rushed mornings when I had barely five minutes but still wanted something nourishing. I tossed berries, yogurt, and almond milk into the blender — and boom! A creamy, cold, energizing keto drink that’s now a weekday staple for me.

Cool down with this refreshing keto drink that's low in carbs and high in flavor.
Perfect for hot days or a quick pick-me-up, it’s easy to make and delicious.
Stay in ketosis while enjoying every sip of this guilt-free treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 3–5 drops liquid stevia or keto-friendly sweetener
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with a few extra berries or chia seeds (optional), and enjoy!
